The “dust” is simply the waxed coating natural to the leather and is completely normal! We use natural cowhide without any top layer paint, so natural marks and variation in color will always occur, but you are always more than welcome to reach out by email and then we can help you😊

It’s not dusty! It’s called ‘bloom’ it’s the oils in the leather solidifying and coming to the surface. Put a hairdryer on them and it will brush away
