@Ys: U can get margin on stocks as well as buy options which is essentially buying stocks on leverage but seeing upside as if u own equity of 100k. So your analysis is actually wrong. Actually if you have a banking relationship with the right Bank like Nomura securities or other private wealth funds, you can get 6-9x leverage on just simply buying SPY ETF, thats essentially 8-10% return conservatively on 600-900k, thats 70-90k in yield on 100k with is 70-90% return on your 100k investment.

Not true … when you get a margin call only a portion has to be paid back not the entire amount as you said.

You can do fixed rate on BLOC. also, this is not affect your credit score that does a home loan does and you are automatically approved and there’s no origination fee.
