As a liberal Catholic, I completely agree with you that Christian nationalism has perverted the message of Jesus Christ. This is likely why Trump believes he is untouchable; he famously claimed he could shoot someone in the middle of Times Square without losing support. These brainwashed evangelicals are the reason this narcissist is back in the Oval Office, and I believe he is ruining our country.
