@geesoohere: Lazy healthy meal ◞.✧ Tuna Ssamjang Cabbage Wrap 🥬🐟 What you need: • cabbage leaves (boiled or steamed until soft) • 1 can of tuna in olive oil (recommend chunks) • ssamjang 쌈장 (see below if you can’t find it!) • a splash of plum extract (maesil 매실청) • a drizzle of sesame oil • black pepper • sesame seeds • optional: minced garlic How to make it: drain the tuna oil → mix with ssamjang, plum extract, sesame oil, and pepper → top with sesame seeds → scoop onto cabbage → enjoy! 📌 No ssamjang? Make it in 2 mins: Mix together: • 2 tbsp doenjang 된장 (fermented soybean paste) • 1 tbsp gochujang 고추장 • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tsp corn syrup or allulose (healthier) • 1 tsp minced garlic Stir until combined. Both pastes are available at most Korean/Asian grocery stores in Singapore. Note: doenjang is the savory base, gochujang adds heat.
