You ran over it quickly, but i’m assuming you’re suggesting weighing yourself before eating in the morning, but yet after the restroom. Sometimes I don’t have to use the restroom immediately which kind of sucks.
How do we track our lifts? Like count them? Or I guess idk what that means 😭😅

Amazing advice. I used to weigh weekly and would spiral for the entire week after, then binge and give up, if the scale showed a gain due to water, bloating etc. Meanwhile if I had weighed daily, the trend wouldve shown a random 1 day gain was just noise in the data. I would've saved myself and my body so much misery!
