I don’t like the opaqueness of lipsticks, especially for an everyday look. So I just dab the lipstick around my lips to get the color and then use my finger to diffuse it for a smooth look.

Not me, but my mum says she she saw a lot of tutorials of people making themselves look older, they put shadow in their creases and smile lines. So she thought if the opposite would work, putting highlight and concealer in creases to look younger, and she says it worked 😂🩷

one color of lipstick all over my face for quick, glowy, casual vibe. forehead, eyelids, bridge of nose, cheeks, lips (smudged and wiped off). it lasts forever and is so pretty.

Same idea with eyeshadow/eyeliner! Smudging your eye with a bunch of black, letting it sit for a sec, and then removing it looks so grunge, sultry, smokey... very "I slept in my makeup last night but I'm hott so it works."

I always finish my base with a primed fluffy face brush with powder foundation over my blush, bronzer, and highlight and it just creates a beautiful filter effect on my skin. it helps also when i’m heavy handed with my blush. I finish off with a setting spray and my makeup lasts the whole day.

I use my brow pencil as a lip contour before applying lip liner. It’s the ideal cool-toned contour that complements my skin and hair tones.

I remember seeing a model on The Oprah Show in the 90s saying they applied pressed powder to the lips after putting on lipstick. I think it was Cindy Crawford but I could be wrong!

After toner, I put a very thin amount of Vaseline on my skin where I know my makeup settles or shows texture (basically the crease around my nostrils and a bit in between my eyebrows). Then I apply my spf and makeup as usual. Maybe it gives the blurring effect you might get from more specific products, but Vaseline is cheap and versatile. Just a little powder over finishes it

i don't understand wastefulness when people comment that under your videos, like when do we ever truly finish all our products, and also we're still using it, its there to be used, we're still using it and better yet we're using it to do more with it !! x

I use my mascara as eyeliner, I have and old eyeliner pen and take the mascara with that as the pigment… in a similar fashion whatever lipstick I use is also my blush almost always idc
