They have the original Authorization form that had the incidentals hold on it, typically that hold is only like $100, her bill is over $900, the CC won’t even run for $1 so yeah they might have their incidentals hold but they don’t have the payment for the room

Most hotel rooms make you pay before you even get a room. What hotel has a stupid idea of paying after you get done with your stay

If it’s a credit card they put a hold on when she booked the room the hotel can then claim the remaining bill to them it’s a criminal matter as she’s stayed and not paid for their services so it’s theft!!

hotel charges refunded hold for incidentals which is 250 at marriot properties then everything when you check out

I work at a hotel and standard procedure is to authorize the card at check in and then take final payment at check out that wag if we need to take incidentals we already have it authorized and good to go regardless if it was a credit card information form or not
