@lynvix_achy_22: Liver /Maini na kienyeji/veggie Cut them into cubes : Soaking them in yoghurt does more than milk, yoghurt is a better tenderizer , its acidity is high hence naturalizes that sharp taste in liver ! If you cook liver longer it becomes a rubber ! So the yoghurt cuts you time. You can always take the extra out before cooking . Add a little bit oil , your onions, ginger& garlic paste sauté! Add tomatoes /tomato paste and salt for quicker breakdown! You can add (beef cube )hence the mchuzi mix and let it cook for another 5 mins .
