Waassssup found my people. Had a lucid dream the other day the last time I astral projected I followed a guided video and I started flying above my apartment complex. So freaking cool. The biggest thing I noticed is you have to think about how you would feel doing the action or going to the place you want to go to. I also have three houses I astral projected to frequently I believe it’s connected to my blood line.

I always had pre cognitive dreams that would happen weeks or days later but years later I had an out of body experience and witnessed my own spirit . It was a luminous blue color & I felt heavy vibrations . It was beautiful . During OBE our TPJ is electrically stimulated & the TPJ is the location of our body’s sense of self inside the body . It’s all connected . I don’t fear death it’s just a transition of our energy just like during sleep our consciousness travels the astral realm & communication in that realm is telepathic to a point where it comes in downloads and you’ll literally receive threads of information you didn’t previously know beforehand . The astral realm is non linear . This stuff is beyond real & I’m glad I experienced it 💯
