@kamola.kelin: 🥖 Turkish Bread Ingredients: • 500 ml warm milk • 150 g butter • 2 tbsp sugar • 1 tbsp dry yeast • 2 tsp salt • Flour (as needed) For topping: • 1 egg yolk • 1–2 tbsp katyk (or plain yogurt) • Sesame seeds (optional) Instructions: 1. Add sugar and yeast to warm milk and mix. 2. Add melted butter and salt. 3. Gradually add flour and knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. 4. Let the dough rise in a warm place. 5. Divide into 10 parts and shape the bread. 6. Mix egg yolk with katyk (or yogurt) and brush on top. 7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 8. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
