another thing to consider is that all levels of gov have already allocated money to these types of upgrade projects and they cant break these contracts easily. so looking for areas like communications is very sensible.

BATTERIES are gonna get crazy. They’re looking to decouple a lot of the data centers from the grid using battery backups (essentially)…oh, and to also not be beholden to utility regulations.
