This actually happened in my room almost every night when i was a kid. They didn't had faces just shadows, blobs that changed shapes and moved on walls. At first was fun to see i wasn't afraid and they actually moved where i told them to and then something heavier apeared i was scared and couldn't open my eyes because it was breathing in front of my face. I changed room for sleeping didnt told mother why and then sleep paralysis began. It stoped when i managed to break free one night i couldnt shout, couldnt move, hands pinned above my head and then with anger and all my might i pushed, screamed in anger and i jumped from the bed and shouted with all my voice that i will eat them all if they ever come again and i runned through my house like angry beast screaming xD It stoped after that. From time to time i sensed presence or look through the window or when i walked at night in dark but they never aproached me again because i wasnt afraid anymore and they probably knew that i would eat them xD i was never afraid of dark again and later in life i actually enjoyed walking in dark streets or forests with 0 fear. I became presence in the dark with no fear and with predator atitude and moved towards those presences or shadows and they always stepped back. Even packs of angry dogs couldnt approach me one look was enough and one step towards them to make them back down. Strange experience but it changed me even to this day i never felt fear from anything ever again. ✌️Hope it helps someone 💪
