I started a fasting journey of getting rid of all unhealthy foods and zero sugar. Whilst it was hard on me when i started in January it has really helped me open my eyes to Jesus and i have since been dedicated to my God my lord and savior. I bought a bible and now ready it everyday. i work out and eat better. he has came through for me and idk how to explain this feeling.

if God God cursed Adam to eat bread and toil the soil for the rest of his days and also us then why would not eating. give us God's grace. I'm genuinely confused by this concept even though I fast and I feel it does something for me. I just don't understand why
