when I did keto when I was younger, I could go all day doing random stuff and never get tired, but going to the gym I would hit a wall when lifting pretty fast. like a "my muscles literally cannot push past this at all" type of wall. didn't have any burst energy AT ALL

My issue is what counts as high intensity? Because I weigh 400 lbs and spend 15 min doing a 6 mile recumbent bike, lift weights for an hour, then a 3 mile speed walk in an hour on a treadmill. Is that low or high intensity for someone like me.
