Sure on theory but a lot of nuisances , cuz even if the value has gone up, ur cost has too, so if the property was originally 100k then after renovations u spent 50k, totals 150k , now the value doesn’t go up in few days, but even if it did, 1st u just spent 50k on repair with no way of getting it back unless u rent it for long time , 2nd how do u redact the “down payment” that was used as collateral,3rd u cant loan out against a property that is bought on loan ?

You confused the young lady. Banks don't lend against physical assets. That property is your asset and the bank only relies on it as collateral to give you a loan.. The secret is generating a bankable cash flow structure that is predictable
