Seeing this, several strangers stepped in and formed a human chain, reaching down into the rushing water and saving both the dog and the man. Ten years later, this moment was turned into a sculpture unveiled on March 18. Funded privately and approved by the city, it stands as a symbol of kindness, unity, and people coming together.
