@samsmith_fitness: Theres ignoring a message and then there’s just being plain rude THIS is one thing I can’t stand and in the 4 years I’ve done this job it has happened 3 times and it blows my mind how adults can even act like this and get on with their day Avoidance is just as bad lying imo and I’m a human ffs… someone who has spent a hour of their day HELPING a single person get out of the rut they’re in Imagine if I did these meetings in person… imagine someone just standing up and walking away mid sentence. Honestly 🤣
