Yes you touched on commerce and trade, but “modern” commerce is dated maybe 10k years. Anatomically humans have been around for 200-300k yeas. Even If we have no record of clothes it is still fair to assume that we wore something specially in colder areas dating much before commerce or laws more for necessity than anything else
