Hi Anna, just to let you and your followers know, Anne of a Thousand days is currently on Channel 4. It’s a really old movie (1969) but for me it’s truly a classic. Worth a watch if you’ve never seen 😁

Can you talk a bit more about George’s trial? Because from what I understand, he was actually quite eloquent and had a great Defence and was well spoken during his trial and people actually believed he might just get away because of how he presented himself in court

we often think of Anne, but also how sad was it for those 5 men who were dragged in this and died. I feel it was completely out of their control, it must have been infuriating (for Anne as well) 😞

is it possible that Anne was able to see the scaffold from her rooms in the tower so that she had to witness her brother and the other men die? I think one of the shows about her had her watching from a window but idk that that was a thing that actually happened

People are so fascinated by Henry 8 and Anne. They are interesting but I don’t understand why others are ignored?? Henry 7 and Elizabeth of York are very interesting. And his crazy mother 😂
