(no hate but this is my opinion) No, I understand that com sci is not an easy course to take but we shouldn't be pessimistic and discourage students into taking com sci just because there's math. Math is everywhere and there's a reason why math is important, what are you gonna do in com sci? cook beefsteak and take a nap? we should be encouraging students to take the initiative and be brave and prepared to take any course, not just com sci, hard work and effort is important too. Instead of making the kids of the future be afraid to take the step, we should encourage them and motivate them that with effort and hard work, all of the sacrifices they made was worth it.(as a person who is not a fast learner especially in math but) Math is important and helpful too. Dont discourage students just because of something like math. No college course is easy or there is no easy/fast way to finish what you started. Thats why, I am encouraging the students to stop listening to people who says it is difficult. It's challenging but not impossible. I believe you can do it and you will be successful one day. take a course not to find the easy way to finish college but to see that you will have a stable and successful future, not just for yourself but your loved ones as well. ❤ Stay motivated see to it that one day, its all worth it!
