When you mentioned you were nauseous & dizzy during your test, I knew you’d test positive. That’s what happened to me with my last pregnancy. I failed the one hour so badly that I didn’t have to do the 3 hour & they diagnosed me with gestational diabetes.

I had gestational diabetes and everything was totally fine! I know it is so scary at first and the diet change isn’t easy but I promise it isn’t awful. I had the best, most peaceful induction at 39 weeks with a healthy 7lb 3oz baby. Praying for you during your 3hr test an the rest of your pregnancy !!

I ate an entire container of Oreos before my glucose test and failed miserably 😂 did not eat Oreos before my 3 hour test and passed! 😂🩷

In Italy we stop eat the night before and during the test you can’t eat or drink so of course it gets messed up….🤷🏻♀️

I failed the 3 hour… I’m not going to lie, it sucked. I cried a lot. But if you do fail, it’s not anything you could have controlled and don’t beat yourself up for it. You’re already so strong and disciplined with your diet so you will do great keeping your levels down! Either way, you got this mama!

I would ask if you can redo it after fasting. I know they say you don't have to but it works so much better when you do. I'm a diabetic and two of my pregnancies I had gestational diabetes before being diagnosed with that and the way my blood sugar was read easier was if I fasted first also still do that now

I took a Zofran before my 3 hour test😬 my dr said it was okay. If I didn’t eat first thing I got sick
