Responding to some comments: This isn’t religion. It’s willingness. “Holy Spirit, help me see this differently” comes from A Course in Miracles — a psychology-based spiritual text from the 1970s. Not a church. Not a doctrine. A framework for getting your ego out of the way so you can actually see clearly. I’m not tied to any religion. I pull great ideas from Buddhism, neuroscience, Sufism, psychology, philosophy — wherever truth lives. This one happens to use the word Holy Spirit. But swap it for awareness, love, life, the universe — the ask is identical. Help me see this differently. That’s it. That’s the whole practice. The willingness to admit you might be looking at it wrong is one of the most powerful things a human being can do. If that word triggered you — that’s actually the most interesting data point of all.
