Do not buy this! The amount is so high you’ll end up with magnesium toxicity like I did. Caused body aches, diarrhea and insomnia!

I read that because they've added magnesium oxide that it lowers the absorption in the body and basically sits in your intestines and acts as an osmotic laxative and draws all the water to there and causes diarrhea. so it may lower how the body absorbs all of it bc of that
