I really like it it helped with legs cramps , I sleep well 😴 and I had energy plus it helped with losing weight. Only problem is I’ve been trying to order it the price is different that on the video🤷🏻♀️to all videos

I’m looking at the bottle and it says 1000 mg. My question is isn’t that too much for a person to take a day much less to them? I read that maximum should only be about 400 mg for a person to take daily.

This made me so sick all weekend! It is too much magnesium to take, it had me thinking I had the 💩 parasite. Stopped taking it and sure enough got better. Never again 🤢
