People also forget the sometimes forgotten costs of owning a home you have HOA fees, property taxes, homeowners insurance, appliances and maintenance issues, lawn care, roof repair, chimney cleaning. Roof repair. Yes it’s a investment, but a investment with a lot of costs people don’t consider.
