@doctorbowl: RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 With my last wrap recipe going viral, I thought I’d share an even TASTIER one!! You just need 2 ingredients, and you’ll never buy shop bought wraps again! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️300g sweet potato ▪️1 cup plain flour ▪️Salt (optional) METHOD ▪️Cook your sweet potato - roast/boil/steam/microwave ▪️Mash sweet potato until smooth, then add flour and salt (optional). Mix until you get a dough ▪️On a floured surface, knead the dough for 5 minutes. If too sticky, add more flour ▪️Divide into 8 pieces ▪️Flatten each piece into a tortilla ▪️Heat a little oil on a frying pan over medium to high heat. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side #healthyrecipes #Recipe

Thats only 90 calories per wrap, thats not bad at all, what are the comments even about: 1cup flour = 455cal 300g sweet potato = 258 cal. 713 calories per batch 713/8 = 89 calories per wrap

people freaking out over calories as if calories have anything to do with nutrients. There are *so many essential vitamins* in sweet potatoes, as well as fibre and antioxidants. Calories won't kill you, but not getting the things your body needs to survive (including calories!) will kill you. Or at the least, make you sick and miserable

Why is everyone so scared of calories? There are bad calories, and there are good calories. You can manage not to go over your amount and choose to substitute terrible processed and unhealthier options for something that benefits you more despite being slightly more calorie dense. It isn't empty and horrid calories

People please keep in mind all calories are not the equal. Just like we have healthy fats vs non healthy fats. Sweet potatoes are also packed full of potassium, vitamin a, b and c they are also a great source for fiber.
