@polkflsheriff: Whether you're new to our county or just visiting, here's a friendly reminder that we don't tolerate any crimes here - not even retail theft, which folks from other parts of the world call "shoplifting." We continue to see a trend in the northeast portion of our county of people who steal from retail stores, gas stations, etc., and then are incredulous when we take them to jail instead of issuing them a "citation" or a notice to appear.
