I wish all third party candidates were available in all states ballots (not just write ins). Last year the *only* “3rd party” candidate in mine was RFK😵💫 safe to say, I chose to sit out entirely lmao.

Im not of voting age, but i do intend on exercising my right to vote when i am. However my biggest worry isnt that a third party wont win, its that if it does, would the electoral college and further government allow it? Part of me feels like the two parties are so deeply in control that it wouldn’t change. I will still likely choose to vote for a 3rd party but i still question the probability of them winning

waiting to vote 3rd party is like waiting to be the last person to jump off the titanic. waiting to vote 3rd party until the candidates are "viable" means they will never be viable. waiting to vote 3rd party means youre willing to be the last person still upholding the status quo. waiting to vote 3rd party means you dont have any true "red lines" in your politics.

Also advocate for ranked choice voting! With our current voting system, voting 3rd party won't change the outcome of an election. It may send a message, so better than not voting at all, but it won't change who wins the election

I’m running into the problem for the primary election in California. I just got my voter info guide and it’s bleak after there are no more PFP or Green Party candidates.
