Why would I put my real name :
I think about the fact that the Superman casting literally had all three finalists for Superman and Lois all interact with eachother at once in order to find the best character/chemistry pair. We saw how well that worked and it’s a shame that this movie didn’t do that. Ironically Phoebe Dynevor was one of three considered for Lois.

LITERALLY! i was ok with phoebe at first but them saying ”Once we knew Phoebe would be our January, my efforts became more focused and specific - not on who would play the best Gus according to the text, but who would play the best Gus opposite our specific January.” like no!!!! i want the best gus ACCORDING TO THE TEXT!! like scrap this all and start over!! don’t cast one person and make decisions about the other character BASED OFF HER!! i’m sick! cast them at the same time come on!!

yes and no. lots of movies and shows such as bridgerton casts the lead’s love interest surrounding the main character’s chemistry with them. i think in this case the casting director and/or director just sucks and clearly either didn’t read the books or has their own agenda
