pero hay algo q casi nadie toca es que la iglesia primitiva vivían juntos hacían todo juntos y enfrentaba todos juntos los mismos problemas y por esa razón es que estaban siempre juntos y oraba unánime...

STEAK & GARLIC PARMESAN CHIPS 🥩🧄🔥 why can’t restaurants make steaks like this?!! I think everyone needs to experience cooking a steak at home at least once though. The smoke, the oil burns, the fire alarm going off… it’s all part of learning how to make a great steak 🙂🤝 🛒 INGREDIENTS 🥩 For the Steak: Cow piece of your choice (preferably a thick cut) Fresh rosemary Garlic cloves ½ onion or 1 shallot Butter Neutral oil (for searing) Salt A stainless steel pan (trust me ) 🌶️ Steak Seasoning: 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 🍟 For the Garlic Parmesan Chips: 4–5 potatoes 2 garlic cloves, finely grated Fresh parsley, chopped Parmesan cheese Melted butter Salt, to taste Oil, for frying 👨‍🍳 METHOD 1️⃣ PREPARE YOUR STEAK 🥩 Generously salt your steak on both sides and leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes. Ideally, you want to salt it the night before and leave it uncovered in the fridge for an even better crust, but AIN’T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT 💀 2️⃣ PREPARE YOUR POTATOES 🥔 Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Slice your potatoes into chips, as thick or thin as you like, and add them to the boiling water. Cook until the outsides start looking slightly flaky, just like yourself 🫵🙂 Carefully remove them and leave them to steam-dry. This helps get rid of excess moisture and gives you those beautifully crispy chips. 3️⃣ SEAR YOUR STEAK 🔥 Add a little neutral oil to a stainless steel pan and heat until the oil is shimmering and just beginning to smoke. Reduce the heat slightly before adding your steak. You don’t want to keep the heat high throughout cooking, unless you’re planning on smoking out your entire kitchen 💀 Personally, I like moving my steak around the pan to achieve an even, golden-brown crust rather than leaving it sitting in one spot. Once you’ve developed a beautiful crust on one side, flip it over and get the other side nicely tanned up too 🤝 4️⃣ BUTTER BASTE 🧈🧄 Once both sides have developed a good crust, temporarily remove your steak from the pan. Lower the heat and add your butter, rosemary, garlic cloves and onion or shallot. Allow the butter to melt, foam and lose some of its water before returning your steak to the pan. NOW FOR MY FAVOURITE PART 🤤 Tilt the pan slightly and continuously spoon that aromatic butter over your steak. Baste both sides briefly, making sure you don’t overcook it. For medium-rare, I like to remove my steak before it reaches its final temperature, allowing the residual heat to finish the cooking process as it rests. Aim for a final internal temperature of approximately 52°C, adjusting when you remove it depending on the thickness of your steak. Always pull off the pan 8-10 degrees before your target temp. 5️⃣ SEASON YOUR STEAK 🌶️ Combine your garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Sprinkle that beautiful seasoning dust generously over both sides of your steak. Drizzle over a little of that garlic and rosemary butter from the pan to help the seasoning combine with the meat. Let your steak rest before slicing into it. DON’T YOU DARE CUT INTO IT STRAIGHT AWAY!! 6️⃣ FRY YOUR CHIPS 🍟 Heat your frying oil and carefully add your steam-dried potatoes. Fry until golden, crispy and cooked through. Remove from the oil and transfer to a large mixing bowl. 7️⃣ GARLIC PARMESAN GOODNESS 🧄🧀 While your chips are still piping hot, add: Freshly grated garlic Chopped parsley Melted butter A generous pinch of salt As much Parmesan as your arteries can handle 💀 Give everything a good toss until every chip is coated in that garlic, butter and Parmesan mixture. 8️⃣ SERVE & ENJOY 🤝 A beautifully seared steak, basted in garlic and rosemary butter, served alongside crispy, golden garlic Parmesan chips. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT? 🤤#fyp #steak #garlicparmesan #medium
