@areyouloonelyy: Buddhism is a religious, philosophical and non-theistic lifestyle tradition, based on the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, who lived in the sixth century BC. Focuses on overcoming human suffering (Dukkha) and the search for enlightenment (Nirvana) through meditation, ethics and compassion, without worshiping a creator God. Founder: Siddhartha Gautama (Buddha), a prince who renounced wealth to understand suffering. What is the Buddha: The word means "awake" or "enlightened". Buddha is not considered a God, but a human being who has achieved the understanding of reality. The Goal (Nirvana): Overcome the cycle of rebirths and suffering (Samsara) to achieve a state of peace, wisdom and total liberation. . . . . #budismo #buda #ginsengstrip2002 #foryou
