Dentist here. Make sure your mouthwash is alcohol free! Otherwise it shouldn’t dry out your mouth.

As a male hygienist I LOVE your routine!! Try to stick to a non alcohol mouthwash if you like to use one! Therabreath- fresh breath is popular and a good option! Try using the mouthwash after your flossing and before your brushing!

An extra note on the tongue scraping - it’s better to either use one’s that have bristles or your own brush since our tongues have grooves! Also, you HAVE to go way in the back! Almost reaching where your tonsils are!!! People are scared to gag but that’s where the real bacteria is. I dont have bad breath throughout the day because of this technique

Heyy! Student Hygienist here! Make sure to use a different toothbrush or electrical head insert for your tongue! You don’t want to transfer the bacteria from your tongue to your teeth the next time you use it!! 🥰🥰
