Did they refund your money or was it scanning and just not showing up? If it scanned things twice that could have been more expensive than one of the things they said “didn’t show up”. It really is uncomfortable when stuff like this happens. I scan stuff in apps for stores to double check the price because sometimes it doesn’t show up the same price when you are checking out. Apps do glitch up so much. Idk if it’s the service bars in the store or the app itself. Even my McDonald’s app messes up sometimes.

Sam’s would never!! 😂 We use the app all the time! Walk right out, they never stop us. I really want to know how they know we scanned everything? They used to scan one or two items and now they just wave us 🤷🏻♀️Yes we always scan everything, I just want to know how they know we did lol
