Problem is the “YES” is still visible when paused, because it’s at a very low bitrate, so the video prioritises keeping detail in the moving parts of the image (the “YES”) and compresses the other random noise, causing it to be ever so slightly visible even in screenshots, because of a quality difference between the word and the background
