Disclaimer (from a girly that has been using these for 3+ years) they are uncomfortable no matter if you’re a side sleeper or not, if you have very long heavy hair specially straight (like I do) these won’t last very long, they look way better when you have layers (that’s what gives your hair more volume and dimension
