The comment sections lets me know we normalize taking one line an sitting on it an not hearing anything else because how do you take it as a diss to purdy it’s not he just saying it’s some instances where they can make your job a bit easier where as if you the number 1 corner it’s no way to really make it much easier because if you need the safety that can take coverage away from the top depending on the play for sure but I get it. I think you can make an arguement CB and QB are 1A and 1B but I’m going corner

well quarterback you have to see what all 22 players are doing ALL game where as corner is more reactive... a corner can get beat and make it up on the next play... the quarterbacks "mistakes" such as : a sack, interception, bad pass, etc can alter the game SO heavily that it could affect the outcome... a corner has NEVER been blamed for loosing the entire game where as the qb will ALWAYS be blamed (example : lamar jackson... he gets blamed for ALOT yet when you look at the film, more then half the time its his wrs/Tes fuckin up routes/dropping passes/etc... and the biggest knock is "lamar cant get it done when it matters"... no corner faces that type of scrutiny
