@the_weight_loss_witch: Since September i’ve dealt with eye issues. Scleritis is when fluid buildup or inflammation in the front or back of your eye. September it started in the back of my eye, and I was told that I may have an autoimmune disease that’s causing the inflammation. Went to a rheumatologist and still a mystery as to what is causing it. I was on prednisone for six months and then started a new medication to take the place of prednisone from a rheumatologist. And now there is fluid buildup in the front of my eyes. I really do not want to lose my eyesight. Just picked up some steroid drops. #scleritis #autoimmunedisease #eyes
Oh wow, sorry you're dealing with that girl! Does it make your eyes swell, water , or sting/burn? I feel like sandpaper is on the inside of my eyelids sometimes... I've been noticing some eye issues for about a year now, just assumed it was symptomatic stuff, flair ups from all my autoimmune and thyroid crap... I get several little raised bumps on my waterlines, that come and go, but keep recurring... I've felt like my vision is getting progressively worse, but I've always been blind as a bat, wear contacts 24/7... My current strength I've had for like 3 years now isn't enough anymore... Did you go to an Optometrist or Primary for Scleritis?
