I wonder if this is what I’m experiencing. Only happens when it sit with my leg out, usually driving. Starts right above my right buttock, and goes down my right leg.

I suffered really badly for years. Physio eased it a little but in one particular session the therapist asked if she could do acupuncture on my back. I hated needles but agreed to it. I never had sciatica agin after that. It was like a miracle cure.

sciatica pain... pinched nerve and neuropathy in right leg with foot drop. Got run around about treatment... told to lose weight. lost weight but now not as much pain from the sciatica just numbness from the pinched nerve. ughh its a neverending cycle
