READ ⬇️ So many brands will “claim” they are cruelty free meanwhile they pay third parties to do the dirty work for them. Another common tactic is brands stating they only test on animals “where required by law” but last time I checked there are numerous brands that sell their products globally without ever compromising their ethics for profit. China laws are tricky because although they no longer made animal testing a premarket requirement, many “specialized” products physically sold in-stores are subject to animal testing like sunscreens and certain ingredients used in fragrances.
