We always do the plain yogurt with fresh garlic, dried mint and salt. I’d mash the garlic with the salt together. But we would sometimes put in small pieces of cucumber lol. I could eat that over everything

u gotta add ghee! put about a tablespoon of ghee in a small pan or pot, heat it up until basically sizzling and add it to the garlic yoghurt noodles! this is how we have it and it is elite!

Preserved lemon, Aleppo pepper or crushed red pepper, fresh mint, garlic, and black pepper. Life changing. You can use warm white beans instead of or in addition to the pasta.
