If you are in perimenopause or menopause your estrogen is lower and your sebum is drying up causing your hair to get thinner and thus weaker and break. You need a shampoo with a DHT blocker (hormone that leads to hair loss) and need oil that replaces the oils that are drying up in your scalp. I have recommendations and what worked for me.

i tried the travel size Densifique shampoo & I really liked it. it's moisturizing but not heavy & you don't need conditioner. it smells really good too. I only use it on special occasions which is almost never lately so the travel size is lasting me a long time. it's pricey but honestly, I'd sell my soul to the devil for nice hair 😏
