@liddlechanges: These were exercises that were given to me based on my particular dysfunctions when I had a grade 3 posterior tongue tie released. I have continued doing these ever since to maintain mobility and function, they feel easy now but didn’t always feel that way. If they are challenging to do with good form, that means you are working muscles that really needed better function. Short practices daily is better than long sessions once a week. I am not a myofunctional therapist and can’t say whether these exercises are right for your condition. But I believe in sharing good info for people who want to improve their health. Even if you can’t afford a specialist, you are still allowed to work on yourself. #myofunctionaltherapy #fyp
Is this something we have to keep practicing forever?

Is it normal to feel some soreness in your neck after doing this? Or should you only feel some soreness in your mouth and if you feel it in your neck, that means you were recruiting some neck muscles and not relaxing them

Thanks for this info so much. In my country specialists are rare to come by and women of my skin color aren’t always taken seriously and this leads to health issues that could have been prevented with simple exercises. I’ll be sharing this to some friends that have similar symptoms & issues
