I've had 2 home sleep studies and they showed nothing, as im a light sleeper when covered in wires and finger clamps. 😂 I have a snore app and I snore most nights, I also wake with a dry sore throat and headache.

it was the opposite for me! I slept so lightly at the hospital that my study came back fine. did one at home 2 years later severe sleep apnea 🙃 my CPAP changed my life!

I live in the uk and the GP doesn’t care. Sleep is so important and people don’t realise the impact of apnoea and other issues. The changes in your face is amazing. Are you feeling better due to better quality sleep.
