Creamy chicken tortilla soup . season to your choice & brown 5 chicken thighs . 2 jalapeños 1 onion and 2 spoons of garlic sautéed . And in diced tomatoes, black beans, pinto beans & corn . 4 cups of chicken stock . Add chicken back in . Add 1 packet of taco seasoning . Cook on medium for 30 mins . Remove chicken and shred . Add shredded chicken & 1/2 cup of heavy cream . Let cook for 5 more minutes . Last but not least add your favorite toppings🫶🏽
