Only activates 67% of your tricep btw, so it’s def not the best tricep exercise but it’s still a great exercise it’s just not the best by comparison

I do em both narrower with elbows tucked back up (biases upper triceps) and wider with elbows more flared. I promise if you can find some dip bars that go in a bit of a "V" or "Y" formation it feels amazing. Face into the V/Y for narrow elbows tucked and face out from the V/Y for arms wide elbows between hands and shoulders for chest.
