@castielvscancer: Second day of immunotherapy. Today is a harder day… he is in pain, which was expected at this stage of treatment. The team is managing it with continuous medications, including ketamine and hydromorphone, along with medications to help with nausea. Even with all of this, he is doing okay, as much as possible. Everything is happening the way the doctors had explained and expected. Taking it one day at a time… always for him. 💙 #castiel #hope #familylove #prayforcastiel #staystrong
