For Loan 2 did you get an equity release to increase your debt levels or did you make a lump sum repayment from investment account onto mortgage (ie debt recycle). Are you investing Loan 2 as a lump sum or DCA?

How did you have a investment loan linked to your home loan? I tried something similar and was told that would be in breech of contract as the purpose of the loan is not for investment?
