I’ve lost 70ish lbs so far and I don’t feel like I look that different but then I see a picture I took 2 years ago at the gym(I weighed the same when I started 7 months ago) and I can see that I’ve gotten smaller. I still have 150lbs to lose but I’m doing it. Started at 410-415 and I’m at 335. My goal weight is 160-180.

How long did it take you to get to this point i started Mounjaro last Saturday it’s once a week so will take again this Saturday 4 days I was 8.8lbs down I know it’s water weight but feeling hopeful 2.5mg and I’ve felt some appetite suppressant but not a lot

I’m getting back on it. I’m gonna try the pill version just because it’s cheaper. I started at 342lbs I’m 280lbs and been keeping it since December. My goal is to get to 215lbs💕
