I had to go on a walk with family while my back hurt, from a severe muscle spasm and then when I stepped out I accidently stepped standing straight and I started crying and laughing bc I couldnt believe that I couldnt even stand bc of it 🫩 genuinely felt like my spine was abt to snap

having acute back pain for almost 2 months now, thought it was scoliosis but apparently just bad posture, already checked up but they said it's not that severe, just a little bit of a problem with a spine position, gosh I can't even slouch cause it hurts, it's IRRITATINGGG
