@mahsa2496: Today, I was feeling so overwhelmed by depression that I couldn't make it to work. I scheduled an appointment with my psychiatrist, and we decided to increase my anti-anxiety/depression meds. I want to share some small steps I've been taking (and going to take), besides medication, to get through my depression!
