I get photoallergic reaction if I use sunscreen with octocrylene in it. Not sure what sunscreen you used but it's actually pretty common reaction.

10 signs your nervous system may be healing (even when it feels like the opposite). ⏬ Nobody talks enough about how complicated healing can feel. You might feel more tired, more emotional, or less willing to put up with things you used to tolerate. These changes can happen as you become more aware of your needs and stress. But they don't automatically mean you're healing - stress, burnout, and other factors can cause similar feelings, too. Which one hit home for you? 01. You're more tired than usual. After a long period of stress, you may notice just how exhausted you've been. Rest and recovery take time. 02. You cry more easily. You may be allowing yourself to acknowledge feelings you've pushed aside for a long time. 03. Peace feels unfamiliar. If you're used to constant stress, a quieter life can feel strange at first. 04. You're noticing old anger. You're recognizing feelings and frustrations you may have brushed aside before. That awareness can help you understand your needs and boundaries. 05. You have less patience for what drains you. Drama, one-sided friendships, and the pressure to keep everyone happy may no longer feel worth the cost. 06. You recognize your triggers sooner. You're starting to notice what causes stress and how your body responds, giving you more space to choose how you react. 07. Saying no still makes you feel guilty. You can feel guilty and still make a healthy choice. Setting boundaries may feel uncomfortable at first. 08. You need more downtime. You're learning how much quiet time you need to recharge. Resting more doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. 09. You're reflecting on your past self. You may feel sadness for the years you spent just trying to get through the day. You can acknowledge that pain without judging the person you were. 10. You're rethinking productivity. You're learning that your worth isn't measured by how much you get done. Rest matters, and you don't have to earn it. Healing isn't always a straight line. If you recognized yourself here, give yourself some grace. You don't have to interpret every difficult day as a setback -- or as proof that you're healing. Save this for a day when you need the reminder. Follow for more nervous system education 💛🫶
